Original workshops entitled From Meditation to Creation: The Art of Bringing Objects to Life in Theatre for adults, led by Joanna Kasperek, an actress at the Żeromski Theatre, will help participants explore spirituality as a means of accessing their emotions and reveal the secrets of animating objects.

During the first part of the workshop, participants will practise meditation to calm their minds and achieve focus and concentration. The second part will involve working with an object that becomes an integral part of the actor on stage, taking shape in their imagination while functioning in real time and being brought to life by the animator.
