Individual reservations can be made personally in the Theatre’s ticket office or over the telephone by calling 41 344 75 00.
A reservation expires 3 days before a perfomance. The only exception are reservations of tickets for school performances which may be paid an hour before the play.
RESERVATIONS WHICH WERE UNPAID IN THE FIXED TIME WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED BY THE SYSTEM.
Reservations may be paid in cash or with a credit card both in the box office or by transfer to

In case of a traditional transfer, please fill in the title with your name, surname and the number of reservation (reservation id).
There is a possibility to make a reservation and buy tickets online.
Tickets’ return:
Only tickets purchased at the ticket office can be returned.
The tickets bought online and paid by bank transfer can not be neither exchanged nor returned.
Individual tickets can be return at the latest two days before the event.
Group tickets can be returned at the latest five days before the event.
The return of the tickets purchased at the ticket office can be done only presenting the fiscal receipt.
